If you are having trouble downloading or saving an MP3, please try the following steps:
- For a mobile device, make sure your device is able to download and open zip files. You may have to download a third-party app for this purpose.
- Check how much space is available on your device. You may need to free up space by deleting old files.
- Try using a different browser to download the songs. This may mean that you need to log in to your email from a different browser instead of using the app on your phone.
- Check your download folder. It may have been downloaded to Music on an Apple device, and you may need to update it.
