eLearning courses are set up with a pre-set course access period, and access to the courses will expire at the end of that period. The course access period begins the day the course is purchased. Each course on our eLearning website is marked with the course access period, typically one month or one year. Our system does not allow the access period to be delayed or extended, so users should ensure the purchase date coincides with the dates the course needs to be available.
Finding Course Access Period
To find the time period that still remains for a course you have purchased, follow these steps:
- Log in to the eLearning website.
- Scroll down to “Courses”
- In the top-left corner of the course you will find the last day of the course access period.
On an iPad After logging in, choose “Course” on the top navigation bar for the course catalog. Courses that you have purchased will show the access period in the same way as the image above.
