The Advanced Phonogram Flash Cards are an optional supplement for Foundations D. Foundations A-C teaches students the 75 basic phonograms. In Foundations D, students will be introduced to nine Advanced Phonograms.

Since the Advanced Phonogram Flash Cards are only occasionally used in Foundations D, they are not included within our Foundations D Set. For those that would like a copy of the nine advanced phonograms introduced in Foundations D, we offer a free PDF download of the Advanced Phonogram Flash Cards used in Foundations D. 

How to Order Advanced Phonogram Flash Cards 

The complete set of Advanced Phonogram Flash Cards is available for purchase from Logic of English®. Some families prefer having the Advanced Phonogram Flash Cards in Foundations, but the flash cards are not required. 

When are Advanced Phonogram Flash Cards Included? 

As students move into our Logic of English Essentials program, they will continue to work on the 75 basic phonograms and many advanced phonograms. However, Essentials Level C includes extensive instruction on advanced phonograms.

For families moving into Essentials after Foundations, the complete set of the Advanced Phonogram Flash Cards are included in the Essentials 1-7 After Foundations Set. The Advanced Phonogram Flash Cards are also part of the Essentials 1-7 Set.
